It serves to give a guideline on how to host/properly perform a defense training, reaching to educate how to educate/learn combative edge, how to correctly conduct each segment, and contains specific rules and details pertaining to each respective segment. Defense Trainings simulate real Vault raids and what Dwellers are expected to do in the event of an actual raid.
